My Fellow Physicians:

We fought for tort reform to free health care providers from frivolous lawsuits and exorbitantly expensive coverage. Today Medicus – a medical professional liability insurance carrier serving physicians in every specialty and area of the states in which we write – is bringing the promise of tort reform to fruition.

New companies and competition are essential for lowering premium levels. As an MD/JD physician advocate for more than 25 years, I’m excited about the financial security this means for doctors.

I joined Medicus as a board member focused on physician relations. In my role, I will be able to bridge the gap for physicians and serve as a resource to those faced with challenging situations.
