Eugenie Shea is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She has more than 30 years of MPLI experience.

Dr. Bill Bailey serves as Vice President, Medical Relations and Risk Management Officer, and is an experienced plastic surgeon for 33 years and a licensed attorney for 29 years.

Mark Johnson serves as Chief Financial Officer. He has a strong actuarial and reinsurance background and more than 17 years of leadership experience in the insurance sector.
